- specification of meals and conference bus transport, early room booking and request for an invoice for the reduced conference fee (i.e., registration fee of 250 EUR (6000 CZK) + accommodation costs)

- submission of 2-4 page conference paper (optional) and application to the competition for young scientists under 35 years of age
until September 30, 2026
- room booking (final deadline) and request for an invoice for the regular conference fee (i.e., registration fee of 290 EUR (7000 CZK) + accommodation costs)
