The total conference fee consists of the registration fee and the accommodation costs.
The registration fee includes: organisation costs, conference proceedings, conference meals (coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, and conference banquet) and the special conference bus transport from Pilsen to hotel Srní and back.
The amount of accommodation costs depends on the type of accommodation selected by each participant through their conference account in the section Accommodation.
Payment of fees through an invoice
After filling in personal details and specifying accommodation requirements, each participant will request an invoice through their conference account (section Invoice request):
Please note that no refunds will be granted in case of the registered participant absence. Substitute delegates may be accepted.
The total conference fee consists again of the registration fee and the accommodation costs. The registration fee for an accompanying person is 110 EUR (2700 CZK). It covers meal costs, including the conference banquet and the special conference bus transport.
