ENAccommodation and Meals
Accommodation and meals will be provided directly at the conference venue in hotel Srní. All interested participants are requested to make their hotel reservation online using their profile on the conference website. It is highly recommended to do the booking
By this date, a special conference rate is guaranteed for all participants – 40 EUR (1000 CZK) per person per night in a double room (or in a suite for 3 persons) and 65 EUR (1600 CZK) per person per night in a single room (VAT incl.). The accommodation charge includes breakfast. Other meals (i.e., lunches, dinner and banquet) must be booked online by each participant using his/her profile on the conference website.
Note that the accommodation costs must be paid together with the registration fee, more details can be found in section Conference fee.
